A simple, quick and effective recipe for easy pancakes in the morning. When using gluten-free oat, it’s totally gluten free. This recipe will allow you to enjoy yourself while eating a balanced diet.
Servings: 2 persons
- Food processor
- 150 gr oat flakes
- 1 banana
- 350 ml plant based drink here I used sugar free soy drink
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Put the oat in a blender and mix until you have 'flour'.
- Add the banana, the vegetable drink and the baking powder. Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
- Heat a pan and cook the pancakes 1 to 2 min on each side.
