Today, I offer you in my series of the vegan supermarket articles, one all about chocolate! I can’t help it. As a Belgian I feel the need to share my love for this amazing invention with you. I like to use it in my Plantisserie (baking), as I do also like raw cocoa in recipes.

I would also want to advice you to ask your local pastry chef, baker or ‘chocolatier’ about the options. As I’m sure he will make figurines for Easter too, and maybe he has hidden some vegan eggs for you too!
